The NovaEd programs cover the basic, advanced and programming concepts specific to either JAVA, .NET, or Databases, supplemented with extensive soft skills training to produce a well-balanced, highly productive and efficient work-ready student.

NovaED’s Integrated Learning Approach
This learning approach facilitates the adult learning lifecycle consisting of five components – Evaluate, Acquire, Reinforce, Support and Affirm - to create the most effective learning experience for both the individual learner and the company.  Working closely with its clients, NovaED is able to assess the skills of individuals, track progress, increase retention, and manage training, thereby offering a better return on the investment of time, effort, and money for its clients.
